Ampere Analysis is a market-leading data and analytics firm focused on the media, games, and sports sectors. Their research combines financial and KPI analysis, consumer profiling, and detailed tracking of licensing and commissioning to give clients a precise, end-to-end view of the global entertainment market.
Project:
This project set out to transform the web experience to better serve buyers and support a shift in internal ways of working. It wasn’t just a redesign, it was about building momentum for broader change: creating a more intuitive site for users while guiding the team through a rethinking of how digital content is structured, managed, and presented. User experience and internal alignment were treated as equally critical to lasting impact.
Challenge:
The site no longer reflected Ampere’s evolving portfolio and naming conventions, causing confusion and inconsistency. It also failed to showcase Ampere’s thought leadership, missing a chance to reinforce its market position. More fundamentally, there was little visibility into what users needed or how leads interacted with the site, making it ineffective as a tool for engagement or conversion.
Solution:
We began with interviews of customers and prospects to define what a successful Ampere website should deliver. These insights became the foundation for a series of workshops, 20 hours of cross-functional collaboration bringing together founders, management, IT, and marketing. This process created clarity and momentum, aligning all teams behind a shared direction for the new website.
Outcome:
The project produced a user-informed vision for a site that reflects Ampere’s value and speaks directly to its audience. Internally, the work aligned teams around key strategic questions: branding, information architecture, and site focus, ensuring future decisions are coordinated and purposeful. With strong buy-in, renewed energy and detailed digital backlog Ampere is now set up to launch a site that’s clear, consistent, and commercially effective.
